What is the cost of the admission and how long can I stay?

Adult admission is $43 for the entire day (no-re-entry). Child admission (under 16, accompanied by an adult) is $25.

Do I need to make a reservation in order to use the sauna?

No, all sauana usage works on a walk-in basis. Just grab your swimsuit and come on in!.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have free parking available on-site as well as valet parking with a customer cost.

What do I need to bring with me for the banya/spa?

If you are using our COED facility you will definitely need a swimsuit, which we do sell (based on availability), otherwise nothing else. We provide slippers, bath robes, and towels as part of the admission fee. Kids do not receive robes.

Can we tour your facility prior to paying admission?

Absolutely, we encourage all to get one of our staff members to show you around which will make your experience even more enjoyable.

Do you cater for large groups, birthday parties, private events, bridal showers, etc.?

Yes, we do all that and more. We provide Spa group rates and admission discounts for groups larger than 10 people. We will individualize all services according to the needs of each one of the guests.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, you can pick up a gift certificate at our front desk or purchase one on our Gift Cards page or give us a call 773-227-2284. They will be shipped to you or as a present to an address of your choice.

Do I need to make an appointment for message, manicure, pedicure, facial, etc.?

Not required, but definitely advisable, especially if you are looking for a specific specialist to do the service, if you may have a large group, and/or busy weekend. To be safe, we advise to give us a call prior.

Do I need to check with a doctor in order to use a sauna/cold pool?

We do not know your medical condition and the extreme heat of the sauna, although very beneficial to healthy individual, can be detrimental to some. You should definitely check with your doctor and always minimize your exposure the first several times until you feel comfortable with the process. We can not be held liable for any medical conditions from our customers. To be safe, please consult with your doctor prior usage.

Do you need reservations for your restaurant and do you have outside seating?

Reservation for parties under 8 people are generally not required, but it is a good idea for larger parties looking to get seated at a particular time. Yes we do have outside seating.
