CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS 

Valid credit card number is required to hold your reservation. There is no charge for cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours prior to any spa treatment.

However, 50% of the service will be charged for cancellations made after the cut-off period or for no shows.
